At Harvard, Tom worked at the Criminal Justice Institute and served as the Hearing Coordinator for the Prison Legal Assistance Project. He represented indigent defendants in Roxbury District Court and inmates before the Massachusetts Parole Board. He also taught Copyright Law as a Teaching Fellow for HarvardX, the online educational platform.
Prior to law school, Tom worked as a trial paralegal for Driscoll & Redlich, a boutique firm specializing in complex criminal litigation in New York.
He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History. He is fluent in Spanish.
