A DUI charge is time sensitive. Normally, your license will automatically be suspended after 30 days from the arrest. If you retain us within 10 days we can challenge the case with a DMV hearing to try and protect your license. Hearings may take months to set up and conduct, and you’re entitled to drive until the date of the hearing. If you have retain us more than 10 days after the arrest, though, your license will automatically be suspended.
